Alright so here I am the whiny school girl who cries it isn't fair and no one is paying any attention to me, (laughing but as my mother says out of the mouth the heart speaks therefore meaning the words). I do hope that you all haven't fallen off the planet, or the computer have you will. Maybe there was some kind of comment black hole and they were all sucked there, HA! I am becoming and avid blog reader and enjoy those that I follow. Yet I am in need of feedback. I already have a techno journal designed for each of my kids and was kinda hoping this would not be like that. Black ink type screen staring back at me, mocking me in its silence. Why is it that I care? I have no idea, the only child look at me syndrome maybe? But the point of posting is to share, if not then why the heck would you bother? Please feel free to interject a different point of view. I am not argumentative her, just curious.
Anyway, I miss some of you who haven't added any posts in awhile and knowing you all are there. My world is so darn busy and feels like I'm worlds away from most of you all. Funny how this Internet connectivity leaves so much more to be desired.
New topic... I watched Avatar with my kiddos tonight. My mother popped over for the 2nd half and made an interesting observation. Rather than ruin anything for those that have not watched it I will simply say I look forward to a lively conversation with the underlying theme, idea or purpose of the movie. #1 compared to Star Wars as he does with everything in his life, the other two well I am not sure but do know they saw it for a movie and that is that. I was more keenly aware than even my husband I am sure. Be advised there is several cuss words that could have been left out, yet weren't to obnoxious.
Lastly, I must say how yet again I have the best family ever!! #1 was has had quite possibly one of the best if not best birthdays ever from the 2 week long involvement of family. He has seen 2 movies, went out to eat 5 times and received TONS of money plus a few gifts. G-ma painted a Star Wars mural type thing on his wall too. I will add pics tomorrow so check back if they are not there. Also, in that time I have been surrounded in thoughts, gifts and quality time from my Aunts, mother and family and friends. I don't think it is possible for my children to fully grasp how blessed their lives are by the random gifts, surprises, time and effort so many people dole out. We are blessed beyond compare. This happens all the time, not everyday but seriously monthly or bimonthly. I can never thank each of them/you enough but do make a real effort. So if you are one of those people please know that my kids feel rich in all ways because of what you share and we hope to give you back that very same joy! Know that all that I do to bless others is a direct result of what you do to bless us. Isn't that cool how one man makes a difference in so many lives??
Alright enough rambling for tonight. I miss you all, and though will be sad when 3 not 2 of my kids head to school in a month know that it will be nice to be back on track with predictable life.
