The never ending creative thoughts of a 10 and 6 year old

This weekend hubby and I went away for some non kid time. In our stead my WONDERFUL Aunt Linda stayed with the crew, my Uncle John joining them late Saturday afternoon as well. They went to Planet Fun with the cousins, ate McDonald's including choices I am to stingy health and price wise to allow (good for them for the treat!), tacos for dinner, church, even the park too! Smart woman to figure out the key to less trouble with 4 kids, keep em movin!
#1 lost a tooth while we were gone and the tooth fairy came leaving a note similar to the last one. This confirmed that his parents couldn't possibly be the tooth fairy:) He went on to contemplated what he would do should he ever win the lottery. In his plan he would get #3 something but he was still trying to determine what he would want. #3 finally decided he wants a skate board and I added why not a entire skate park since he is buying #2 a roller skating rink. This being her new obsession. She still doesn't get that unlike the inflatable ice skating rink you don't buy a roller skating one like that.
He informed Daddy that he would pay off the house and all the bills. This even included paying electric etc which he would have solar panels on the house so it would save money and the environment, lol. Next I would get a minibus. Seriously! He truly meant a small bus not van too! In my state of shock he added that next he would get me a maid, and chef. Alright then, I suppose forgiven since he paid enough attention to me saying I would want a chef. Daddy said he wanted a 4 wheeler too. I am not sure where that all landed in the end.
Another eventful conversation was the sleeping arrangements on Saturday night. Everyone wanted to sleep upstairs so Aunt L suggested the boys take Mommy and Daddy's room. #3 said he wanted to sleep there but if he and #1 did together one of them wouldn't survive. My thoughts exactly! Those boys are HILARIOUS!
#4 seemed to bond well with them, especially Uncle John. She has some special pull to him and Aunt Lisa overall. He taught her to make clicking sounds with her mouth which she repeatedly used to get his attention. She hid her nose from him and happily interacted. #3 loves to wrestle with him a great deal too. Funny non of the Uncle's have made much of a bond with my kids so it is reassuring to see one of them doing this.
Kids minds are so precious, life is so short and I am thankful to capture as much of it as I can!!
